Integrated Point of Sale System (POS)
Easy to use, great for retail and grab and go, saves time and lets you ensure all your transactions are tracked and reported. The EATS POS offers touchscreen, barcode scanner, cardswipe and receipt printer integration, and reporting.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can easily be purchased and redeemed right on the site. Customers are also able to send gift cards to a friend, which makes for an excellent word of mouth promotional vehicle.
Referrals
Another great way to spread the word is to initiate a referral reward program for your clients. We've already integrated this feature into the system so it's just a matter of determining how you want to use it to reward your users and generate new business.

Newsletter manager
Sending out monthly newsletters to clients and potential new customers is a great way of reminding them of new promotions, menu updates, and general news they may be interested in. EATS comes ready to manage subscribing and unsubscribing of email addresses.

Session Scheduling

Customer Management
All customer account information is securely stored online and includes the ability to add/edit customer info, track their orders, and view session information. This lets you easily identify customer trends and areas of opportunity for increasing sales.

Ingredient management
EATS clients can choose to use our extensive ingredient database (provided with the 1.6 update) or they can import their own supplier and ingredient information. What does this look like? »
Product categorization
By far one of our most-requested features, product categorization is here. The EATS administrator can set up your menu to be split into several different categories. Regular/Lite? Regular/Vegetarian? Beef/Chicken/Pork/Fish? Fullsize/Halfsize? The sky's the limit with this feature. We've also built in non-categorized full size and half size pricing. What does this look like? »
Franchise and employee permissions
Franchises can now have price modifiers set based on store. Franchises and employees can be given different permissions; now, different levels of users can edit things that are only relevant to them or their duties.
Prep/assembly/cooking list reports
All EATS clients now have access to attractive, concise list reports. Prep and assembly lists can be generated for each session with prep and assembly instructions, for staff or to be placed at workstations. Cooking instruction reports can be sent home with the customer with a handy "schedule your next session" checkbox after all meals have been prepared. What does this look like? »
